Marutai Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen features a Hakata Nagahama-style pork bone broth, crafted by cooking pork extract with onions and more. The broth is then enriched with white pepper, ground sesame, roasted sesame, and flavoured with soy sauce, creating a rich and flavourful base. For an added touch, the seasoning oil is included separately, enhancing the soup with a cooked pork bone feel and extra richness.
Instructions:
Bring 500ml of water to a boil (or 1L if you're making both servings). Place the ramen in the boiling pot and cook for three minutes. Turn off the heat and place both sachets into the pot, stirring well. Serve immediately.
