The soup is made with a unique blend of pork bone, onions, ginger, and soy sauce, creating a deep and savoury flavour profile that highlights the rich umami of pork while maintaining a smooth sweetness. It is designed to be a comforting, full-bodied broth that can be enjoyed time and time again.
The noodles are crafted using a special non-fried, non-steamed method that delivers a fresh, almost "raw" noodle texture, closely resembling the taste of handmade ramen. Slightly thicker than traditional noodles, they provide a satisfying bite that pairs perfectly with the hearty, rich broth. To elevate the taste, a separate seasoning oil, made from a blend of pork fat and multiple pork seasoning oils, is included.
