It’s perfect for daily use, as it does not only remove makeup but also addresses pore and skin texture concerns, providing a thorough cleanse with every use.

The formula is enriched with natural silk essence and two types of hyaluronic acid to help maintain the skin's moisture balance, leaving it hydrated and soft. The gel is easy to rinse off or wipe away with a cotton pad, making it versatile for different preferences. It is also designed to be gentle on lash extensions, ensuring that it is suitable for most users. With a subtle, refreshing floral fragrance, Shiseido Senka All Clear Gel provides a complete skincare solution, removing makeup, excess oils, and impurities while keeping your skin smooth and moisturised.

How to use:

Gently apply it from the base to the tips of your eyelashes, being careful not to rub the delicate skin around your eyes. For the lower lash line, gently wipe away any impurities from the inner corner to the outer corner of your eye while keeping your eyes open.

*This product is suitable for use with eyelash extensions that are applied using general adhesives, such as cyanoacrylate-based glue.

Non-Refundable & Exchangeable Items:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for products under the following categories for hygiene reasons: Skincare and Cosmetics, Beauty Products and Accessories, Socks & Slippers, and Food & Snacks.


Quality Issues:

We will consider exchanges for unopened and non-hygienic items if there is a quality issue. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide the original receipt or membership purchase record.


Sale and Discounted Items:

All Sale and Discounted items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Shipping and Handling Fees:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable once tracking information is generated. Unique Bunny is not responsible for any additional return shipping and handling fees made.

We offer free shipping on all orders that are $99 pre-tax in Canada, and $199 pre-tax in the USA and the following Canadian Provinces: Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut. 

We currently do not ship outside of these countries. 

Policies

  • Unique Bunny is not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, stolen, unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable. No refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be issued for these circumstances.
  • Packages returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses may incur additional fees for re-delivery. If a refund is requested, all incurred transit costs, including original shipping, return shipping, and applicable taxes will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • For parcels delivered to outdoor community mailboxes, please retrieve your package promptly to avoid weather-related damage. Unique Bunny is not responsible for items compromised due to weather conditions.
  • For parcels held at the nearest post office, please collect your package promptly as per the delivery notice card instructions. Unclaimed parcels returned to us may incur additional fees for re-delivery. If a refund is requested, original shipping and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Unique Bunny is not responsible for customs duties, fees, taxes, and brokerage fees for parcels shipped outside of Canada.
  • Delivery times are estimates and do not account for delays due to holidays, customs clearance, extreme weather, natural disasters, postal strikes, or unforeseen circumstances. We will assist with shipping delays but cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages delivered outside the estimated timeframe.
