Appointments cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. Please ensure you are available before booking. If you do not attend your appointment for any reason, arrive late, or miss your scheduled time, your deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

If you do not pay the full $10 booking deposit, your appointment will be cancelled. Promo codes, discount codes, and coupons may not be used toward the booking deposit. Any use will result in a full cancellation.

One appointment per customer. You may not book multiple appointments during the same time slot.

Please note there is a $10 booking fee. After attending your appointment, you will receive a $10 store credit that must be redeemed on the same day.

This session uses high-quality products to create a bespoke look that highlights your natural features while exploring the latest aesthetic trends. This service is ideal for anyone wanting a professional makeover for a special event or those looking to refresh their personal style with expert guidance. Because our artists provide a focused and attentive environment, you receive a tailored application that aligns perfectly with your skin type and preferences.

• Please arrive on time without any makeup on your face, ready for the artist to begin.
• Bring a form of identification (like a provincial ID or driver's licence) to confirm your age.
• For everyone's safety, this service is not available to those with transmissible health conditions (such as cold sores or pink eye) or skin conditions such as eczema or severe acne.
