Non-Refundable & Exchangeable Items:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for products under the following categories for hygiene reasons: Skincare and Cosmetics, Beauty Products and Accessories, Socks & Slippers, and Food & Snacks.


Quality Issues:

We will consider exchanges for unopened and non-hygienic items if there is a quality issue. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide the original receipt or membership purchase record.


Sale and Discounted Items:

All Sale and Discounted items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Shipping and Handling Fees:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable once tracking information is generated. Unique Bunny is not responsible for any additional return shipping and handling fees made.
