Shipping Details

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over $99 pre-tax within Canada, and over $199 pre-tax to the USA and the Canadian provinces of Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut.
  • Shipping Restrictions: At this time, we do not ship outside of Canada and the USA.
  • Pick-Up Schedule: Canada Post collects parcels every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. Pickup schedules for other couriers may vary, with some offering same-day pickup and others the following business day. Orders made on Friday will be picked up by couriers on the following business day.
  • Order Processing: Orders placed after 7 PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday, except during holidays.

Policies

  • Unique Bunny is not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, stolen, unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable. No refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be issued for these circumstances.
  • Packages returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses may incur additional fees for re-delivery. If a refund is requested, all incurred transit costs, including original shipping, return shipping, and applicable taxes will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • For parcels delivered to outdoor community mailboxes, please retrieve your package promptly to avoid weather-related damage. Unique Bunny is not responsible for items compromised due to weather conditions.
  • For parcels held at the nearest post office, please collect your package promptly as per the delivery notice card instructions. Unclaimed parcels returned to us may incur additional fees for re-delivery. If a refund is requested, original shipping and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Unique Bunny is not responsible for customs duties, fees, taxes, and brokerage fees for parcels shipped outside of Canada.
  • Delivery times are estimates and do not account for delays due to holidays, customs clearance, extreme weather, natural disasters, postal strikes, or unforeseen circumstances. We will assist with shipping delays but cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages delivered outside the estimated timeframe.
