The soup is made with a unique blend of pork bone, onions, ginger, and soy sauce, creating a deep and savoury flavour profile that highlights the rich umami of pork while maintaining a smooth sweetness. It is designed to be a comforting, full-bodied broth that can be enjoyed time and time again.

The noodles are crafted using a special non-fried, non-steamed method that delivers a fresh, almost "raw" noodle texture, closely resembling the taste of handmade ramen. Slightly thicker than traditional noodles, they provide a satisfying bite that pairs perfectly with the hearty, rich broth. To elevate the taste, a separate seasoning oil, made from a blend of pork fat and multiple pork seasoning oils, is included. Adding this oil just before serving brings out the distinctive aroma of the tonkotsu soup, enhancing the flavour for an unforgettable ramen experience.

Non-Refundable & Exchangeable Items:

Quality Issues:

We will consider exchanges for unopened and non-hygienic items if there is a quality issue. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide the original receipt or membership purchase record.


Sale and Discounted Items:

All Sale and Discounted items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Shipping and Handling Fees:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable once tracking information is generated. Unique Bunny is not responsible for any additional return shipping and handling fees made.

We offer free shipping on all orders that are $99 pre-tax in Canada, and $199 pre-tax in the USA and the following Canadian Provinces: Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut. 

We currently do not ship outside of these countries. 

Policies

  • Unique Bunny is not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, stolen, unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable. No refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be issued for these circumstances.
  • Packages returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses may incur additional fees for re-delivery. If a refund is requested, all incurred transit costs, including original shipping, return shipping, and applicable taxes will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • For parcels delivered to outdoor community mailboxes, please retrieve your package promptly to avoid weather-related damage. Unique Bunny is not responsible for items compromised due to weather conditions.
  • Unique Bunny only ships out small, expedited orders to PO Boxes. All larger items must be sent to a residence or place of business.
  • For parcels held at the nearest post office, please collect your package promptly as per the delivery notice card instructions. Unclaimed parcels returned to us may incur additional fees for re-delivery. If a refund is requested, original shipping and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Unique Bunny is not responsible for customs duties, fees, taxes, and brokerage fees for parcels shipped outside of Canada.
  • Delivery times are estimates and do not account for delays due to holidays, customs clearance, extreme weather, natural disasters, postal strikes, or unforeseen circumstances. We will assist with shipping delays but cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages delivered outside the estimated timeframe.
