The Marutai Kurume Tonkotsu Ramen provides a rich and satisfying bowl, inspired by the renowned tonkotsu broth from Kurume, Japan. The soup is made with pork bone, onions, ginger, and soy sauce, creating a deep, savoury taste with a hint of natural sweetness. The broth is designed to be smooth and full-bodied, making it a satisfying choice for anyone who enjoys authentic Japanese ramen.

The noodles are made using a special non-fried, non-steamed method, giving them a fresh texture similar to handmade ramen. Slightly thicker than standard ramen noodles, they provide a firm, satisfying bite that complements the hearty broth. A separate seasoning oil, made from pork fat and other pork-based ingredients, enhances the soup’s flavour and aroma when added just before serving.

Instructions:

Bring 500ML of water to a boil (or 1L if you're making both servings). Place the ramen in the boiling pot and cook for three minutes. Turn off the heat and place both sachets into the pot, stirring well. Serve immediately.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over $79 pre-tax within Canada, $149 pre-tax to the USA, and over $199 pre-tax to the Canadian provinces of Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut.

    • We currently do not ship outside of these countries. 

    Policies

  • Unique Bunny is not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, stolen, unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable. No refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be issued for these circumstances.
  • Packages returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses may incur additional fees for re-delivery. If a refund is requested, all incurred transit costs, including original shipping, return shipping, and applicable taxes will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • For parcels delivered to outdoor community mailboxes, please retrieve your package promptly to avoid weather-related damage. Unique Bunny is not responsible for items compromised due to weather conditions.
  • Unique Bunny only ships out small, expedited orders to PO Boxes. All larger items must be sent to a residence or place of business.
  • For parcels held at the nearest post office, please collect your package promptly as per the delivery notice card instructions. Unclaimed parcels returned to us may incur additional fees for re-delivery. If a refund is requested, original shipping and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Unique Bunny is not responsible for customs duties, fees, taxes, and brokerage fees for parcels shipped outside of Canada.
  • Delivery times are estimates and do not account for delays due to holidays, customs clearance, extreme weather, natural disasters, postal strikes, or unforeseen circumstances. We will assist with shipping delays but cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages delivered outside the estimated timeframe.
