How to use:

Before use, soak the sponge in water and squeeze it out thoroughly.

[Cream/Liquid Foundation] Apply the product to your forehead, nose, and cheeks using your fingers. Then, gently tap the sponge onto your skin to blend.

[Powder Foundation] Apply an appropriate amount to the sponge and glide it over your skin. Do not use the sponge with powder foundation that does not require water.

*After use, ensure the sponge is dried thoroughly before storing. Avoid applying liquid or cream foundation directly to the sponge, as it is highly absorbent.

*The sponge is latex-free, making it suitable for those with latex allergies.

*Clean the sponge when dirty by dissolving a small amount of neutral kitchen detergent in lukewarm water. Rub the sponge with your hands, rinse thoroughly, remove excess water, and dry it in a shaded area.

We will consider exchanges for unopened and non-hygienic items if there is a quality issue. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide the original receipt or membership purchase record.


Sale and Discounted Items:

All Sale and Discounted items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Shipping and Handling Fees:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable once tracking information is generated. Unique Bunny is not responsible for any additional return shipping and handling fees made.

We offer free shipping on all orders that are $99 pre-tax in Canada, and $199 pre-tax in the USA and the following Canadian Provinces: Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut. 

We currently do not ship outside of these countries. 

Policies

  • Unique Bunny is not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, stolen, unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable. No refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be issued for these circumstances.
  • Packages returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses may incur additional fees for re-delivery. If a refund is requested, all incurred transit costs, including original shipping, return shipping, and applicable taxes will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • For parcels delivered to outdoor community mailboxes, please retrieve your package promptly to avoid weather-related damage. Unique Bunny is not responsible for items compromised due to weather conditions.
  • For parcels held at the nearest post office, please collect your package promptly as per the delivery notice card instructions. Unclaimed parcels returned to us may incur additional fees for re-delivery. If a refund is requested, original shipping and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Unique Bunny is not responsible for customs duties, fees, taxes, and brokerage fees for parcels shipped outside of Canada.
  • Delivery times are estimates and do not account for delays due to holidays, customs clearance, extreme weather, natural disasters, postal strikes, or unforeseen circumstances. We will assist with shipping delays but cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages delivered outside the estimated timeframe.
